Without Nayland Care, we could not have kept going. Our carer, Michelle, has helped and guided us through the ‘roller coaster’ of looking after a loved parent at home. Mum is massively fond of Michelle and enjoys her visits, especially since there is a genuine interest in mum’s family history.

Bob has been my carer for some time now. He is kind and considerate. When he arrives, he has always got a smile for you. Nothing is too much trouble. He has listened to my problems. The day would not be the same without him.
