Firstly, a little about us. Nayland Care was established in 2001, and we are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Our principle is that flexibility and a completely person-centred approach to home care is vital to promote client well-being.

Our range of services provides for a range of unique clients. Whether it is personal care, companionship care, domestic home help, or anything in between, we are experts in our field. We use our expertise to work around the client and tailor our home care approach to their individual needs.

We provide an exceptional, personal home care service across both Suffolk and North East Essex. Across both counties, we currently have around 60 carers serving in a range of communities. Nayland Care brings a solid reputation, a comparatively low staff turnover and many combined years of experience to the table, and due to expansion, we are looking for the right health care assistants to complement our friendly, supportive team.
